I am considered an "in-network" provider with most insurances, and will bill primary and secondary insurances for you through the billing service Simple Practice.  I can also provide you an itemized bill that can be used for reimbursement from your insurance company in case you choose to bill your own insurance. 

I suggest contacting your insurance company prior to our first appointment to ask about what benefits for mental health they offer.
